After distinguished service in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, Mr. Keppler began his civilian career in the radio business. In the late 70’s throughout the 80's and early 90's you may have heard his on-air personality in several medium and major markets in including New York, Philadelphia and Phoenix. Mr. Keppler cultivated his understanding of new media technology and his talent for radio and became a leading entrepreneur and a recognized new media expert.

He has spent a significant amount of time over the last several years consulting with media companies and record companies on such topics as developing new, Internet-enabled business models and the creation of new platforms for delivering content. An industry pioneer, Mr. Keppler developed the VoiceAmerica™ talk radio concept and the business model for Modavox,inc. a company, now public, he founded in 1999 and remains an active contributor to.  

His voice and studio presence, and ever expanding rolodex of guests and hosts are among his greatest assets and he’s putting them to work for Ecologic Transportation Radio a new project that will change the way people think about our environment and automotive technology.
